All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable). If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@hauteza.com.
Tracking Shows “Delivered,” but I Haven’t Received My Order
If your tracking status shows as “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
✔ Check with neighbors or household members.
✔ Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email.
✔ Contact the shipping carrier to confirm delivery details.
✔ If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@hauteza.com with the carrier’s response.
Lost in Transit
· If your package hasn’t moved for 10+ days or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a free reshipment or store credit (for tracked shipping options only).
Order Modifications
Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to request a modification. Contact us at support@hauteza.com as soon as possible.
· After 24 hours, orders are already in processing and cannot be changed.
· If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@hauteza.com within 7 days with:
++ Photos of the item & packaging
++ Your order number
We will provide a replacement or refund based on the issue.
